Buyer – Refund Policy
As DOCSPORA delivers products digitally, we are unable to deliver refunds after it has been downloaded. For that reason, all digital resources are considered final and we are unable to refund any item purchased digitally.
From time to time, we do however understand things may not go to plan, refund requests may be considered for one of the following:
- Corrupt File – The file was corrupted in some way and you have been unable to download it.
- Not what it seemed – If the file is supposed to be on a player performance plan and it is about bylaws.
- Unable to open – If the product format isn’t described in the description and you are unable to open it because you don’t have PowerPoint for example.
- Purchased it twice – We know our products are great but we don’t you expect to pay for them twice!
